Service Terms & Conditions

These are Heritage Construction terms & conditions. They provide you (the customer) with a clear set of rules that we operate and abide by. You can find what you expect as a customer and the rights and responsibilities of the company & engineers operating for the company.

Please ensure to read these terms and conditions prior to using our service. Once a engineer has been assigned to your property it will be evident that you have agreed to the terms and conditions that Heritage Construction operates by. All T&C’s will be kept fully up to date at all times to comply with legal requirements.

We are a London based company, the above registered office is for company registration purposes only.

Codes of conduct

  • All Heritage Construction work comes with a 12 month guarantee.
  • Customers will be notified of the rates before the engineer has attended the property and a 1 hour minimum call out charge will be applied.
  • A 20% mark up will be applied to all materials supplied by us.
  • Day rates given to a customer will have a minimum 20% reduction of the hourly rate based on a 9 hour day.
  • Insurance reports can be provided at an additional charge of £100 + VAT.
  • Material collection should not exceed 45min. If this occurs the clock will be stopped and you will not be charged anything over the 45min. Only until the engineer has returned to the property to continue the task the clock will restart.
  • All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days due to material price fluctuation.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the work Heritage Construction will send out a quality service manager to assess the issue and work with you to rectify if deemed our responsibility.
  • We are only liable for our own work. If any 3rd party intervene/make amendments the warranty will be void.
  • Goods supplied by us to you will remain our property until paid in full. We have total authority to retake, sell, dispose or otherwise all or any part of said goods.
  • Seek a court injunction to prevent you from selling, disposing or transferring of such goods.
